Digimind signs the Diversity Charter and commits to fight against discrimination

Digimind, a global leader in social listening and competitive intelligence, commits, along with the 4,100 signatories of the Diversity Charter, to fight against discrimination and to promote diversity within the company.
Diversity is important for our company in terms of economic and social performance. Thus, by placing it at the heart of our strategy, it becomes an advantage whose impact is felt in particular on our creativity and competitiveness.
We will implement the following actions:
► Internal communication and awareness actions
► Trainings (content, target, number of people trained)
► Strengthen and expand equal opportunities in recruiting and personnel processes
► Transparency and communication to the outside world (in the sustainable development report, on the online recruitment site)
Diversity, which within Digimind, focuses on specific actions:
► CSR initiatives within Digimind and with employees to create links internally with remote teams and on several sites, and several time slots.
► Digimind takes actions to raise awareness about disabilities.
► Creations of different trainings on ethics and transparency for Digiminders

The Diversity Charter is a commitment text created in 2004 and which today has more than 4,100 signatories (companies, public institutions, associations, local authorities, etc.). It is available for signature by any employer who wishes to take a proactive approach to promoting diversity and thus go beyond the legal framework of the fight against discrimination to make diversity a strategic priority.
